摘　　要：为了彻底解决4100XPC电铲推压大花帽卡块及螺栓失效的问题,介绍了4100XPC电铲推压大花帽卡块的工作原理,分析了4100XPC电铲原有推压大花帽卡块存在的问题,给出了推压大花帽双卡块改造方案、推压大花帽双卡块锁紧改造方案、推压大花帽双卡块锁紧升级改造方案。结果表明:推压大花帽双卡块锁紧升级改造效果显著,4100XPC电铲推压大花帽卡块及其卡块固定螺栓使用寿命延长至1年,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。In order to completely solve the problem of 4100XPC electric shovel pushing large cap and bolts failure,the article introduces the working principle of 4100XPC electric shovel pushing large cap card block,and analyzes the existing problems of 4100XPC electric shovel pushing large cap card block,gives the renovation scheme of double clamping block of big flower cap,the locking scheme of double clamping block of big flower cap and the upgrading scheme of double clamping block of big flower cap.The results show that the upgrading effect is remarkable,and the service life of the 4100XPC electric shovel is extended to 1 year,which obtain good economic and social benefits.
