摘  要:为了解决WK55电铲登机梯因异常下落而遭到损坏的问题,结合登机梯升降原理,全面分析了登机梯损坏现象及原因,提出了回转控制与登机梯下放联动系统的改进方案,并将其进行了实际应用。结果表明:改进方法能够极大改善回转控制与登机梯的联动水平,可以有效解决WK55电铲登机梯异常下落被回转平台挤压变形的现象,提高了设备出动率。In order to solve the problem that WK55 electric shovel boarding ladder is damaged due to abnormal fall,the article comprehensively analyzes the damage phenomenon and causes of boarding ladder according to the principle of boarding ladder lifting,and puts forward an improved scheme of rotation control and boarding ladder lowering linkage system and carries out the application.The results show that the improved method can greatly improve the linkage level between the turning control and the boarding ladder,and can effectively solve the phenomenon that the WK55 electric shovel boarding ladder is extruded and deformed by the turning platform,and improve the equipment mobilization rate.
