摘　　要：为了解决目前2800XPB电铲模拟电气控制系统存在的控制精度低、模拟插件板采购困难和排查故障难度大的问题,对2800XPB电铲模拟电气控制系统进行了优化改造;分析了将电铲控制系统改造成数字直流调速控制系统的优势以及能够达到的预期效果,并介绍了优化改造的目标任务和创新点。运行效果表明:优化改造后的控制系统响应更加及时、准确,实现了对电机的精准动态控制,有效地减少了电气故障,降低了设备的维修成本。In order to solve the problems of low control accuracy,difficulty in purchasing simulation plug-in boards,and difficulty in troubleshooting in the current 2800XPB electric shovel simulation electrical control system,we optimizes and transform 2800XPB electric shovel simulation electrical control system,analyze the advantages and expected effects of transforming the electric shovel control system into a digital DC speed control system,and introduce the objectives,tasks and innovative points of the optimization transformation.The operational effects show that the optimized control system responds more promptly and accurately,achieving precise dynamic control of the motor,effectively reducing electrical failures and lowering equipment maintenance costs.
