摘 要:为了提升露天矿基建外委施工管理的效率并构建高效的协同机制,分析了当前基建外委施工管理中存在的问题和挑战、信息不对称、沟通协调不畅、资源配置不合理等关键问题。结果表明:引入信息化管理系统、强化跨部门协作、优化资源配置策略,建立明确的责任划分与绩效评价体系等改进措施,能显著提升基建外委施工管理的效率,促进各参与方之间的信息共享与协同作业,降低沟通成本,减少资源浪费,并最终实现项目按期保质完成的目标。In order to improve the efficiency of outsourcing construction management of open-pit mine capital construction and build the efficient coordination mechanism,this article analyzes the problems and challenges,information asymmetry,poor communication and coordination,and unreasonable resource allocation in the management of construction outsourcing.The results show that the introduction of information management system,strengthen cross-departmental cooperation,optimize the allocation of resources and establish a clear division of responsibility and performance evaluation system,which can significantly improve the efficiency of construction management,promote information sharing and cooperation among the participants,reduce communication costs,reduce the waste of resources and ultimately achieve the goal of project completion on time.
