新时代高校社区学生党支部建设路径探析

摘　　要：随着“一站式”学生社区推进和深入,社区学生党支部成为新时代党建研究重要命题。目前,社区学生党支部在高校中建设较少,面临着机制建设不完善、阵地建设不全面、队伍建设不力、党建品牌不突出等多方挑战。S大学M学院在D社区成立常态型社区学生党支部,通过强化制度保障提升支部引领力、完善社区文化建设打造沉浸式党建阵地、建强支委班子打造“四强”党支部、凝练品牌涵养高质量育人生态多维路径有效推进社区学生党支部探索,以期在深化社区治理同时,将社区建设为新的党建高地。With the promotion and deepening of the“one-stop”student community,the construction of student party branches in communities has become an important topic in party building research in the new era.Currently,there are relatively few student party branches established in university communities,facing multiple challenges such as imperfect mechanism construction,incomplete position construction,weak team building,and lack of prominent party building brands.M College in S University has established a permanent community student party branch in the D community.By strengthening institutional support to enhance the leadership of the branch,improving community cultural construction to create an immersive party building position,building a strong branch committee to create a“four-strong”party branch,and refining the brand to cultivate a high-quality educational ecology,the college effectively promotes the exploration of community student party branches,aiming to deepen community governance while establishing the community as a new height for party building.
