摘  要:相较于天然植物胶稠化剂,合成聚合物类稠化剂具有增稠能力强、耐温抗盐性能优异、破胶更彻底残渣含量低等优点。在深层高温且高矿化度的地层中,传统聚丙烯酰胺压裂液增稠剂的应用受限,疏水缔合型聚合物稠化剂是近几年研究的热点,因其特殊的疏水结构使聚合物呈现更加致密的空间网络结构,从而大幅度提升聚合物的各项性能,尤其在高盐环境下结构不易被破坏,表现出独特的盐增稠特性,与常规聚合物稠化剂相比,耐盐性能更加优异,在提高油田开采效率、降低成本方面展现出广阔的应用前景。通过调研国内外疏水缔合型聚合物稠化剂研究现状,概述了疏水单体的种类、疏水缔合聚合物在高盐条件下的增稠作用机理以及现场应用现状,可为疏水缔合型聚合物稠化剂的合成提供参考。Compared with natural plant gum thickeners,synthetic polymer thickeners have the advantages of strong thickening ability,excellent temperature and salt resistance,and low residue content.The application of traditional polyacrylamide fracturing fluid thickeners is limited in deep,high-temperature and highly mineralized formations.Hydrophobic polymer thickeners are the hotspot of research in recent years because of their special hydrophobic structure,which makes the polymers show a more dense spatial network structure,thus greatly enhancing the performance of the polymers,especially in the high-salt environment where the structure is not easy to be destroyed,and they show unique salt-thickening properties,which can improve their salt-resistant performance compared with the conventional polymer thickeners.Compared with conventional polymer thickeners,the salt-resistant property is more excellent,which shows a broad application prospect in improving oilfield exploitation efficiency and reducing cost.By investigating the research status of hydrophobic polymer thickeners at home and abroad,the types of hydrophobic monomers,the thickening mechanism of hydrophobic polymers under high salt conditions,and the field application status were summarized,which could provide a reference for the synthesis of hydrophobic polymer thickeners.
