摘  要:在复杂油气藏钻探过程中,井壁失稳会导致钻井周期延长和开发成本上升。目前,常用的泥页岩抑制剂存在抑制性能不足,用量大以及配伍性差的缺点。因此,研发一种抑制性强且具有良好稳定性以及配伍性的钻井液处理剂,对于开发复杂地层非常规油气藏至关重要。本研究通过室内实验手段,以环氧氯丙烷与三乙醇胺为原料,研制出一种具有强抑制性能的季铵类阳离子抑制剂。岩心线性膨胀实验和岩屑滚动回收实验结果表明,该抑制剂表现出优异的性能。1%抑制剂作用下岩心线性膨胀率由62.43%降低至19.02%,岩屑滚动回收率从12.84%提升至60.31%。结合抑制剂表征结果分析得到该抑制剂通过静电作用抑制粘土的水化膨胀和分散,利用其多羟基官能团与粘土晶片之间的氢键作用实现抑制剂在粘土颗粒表面的吸附固定,从而有效抑制膨润土的水合、膨胀和分散,达到复杂地层开发应用的要求,在油气开采过程中具有实际应用前景。During the drilling process of complex oil and gas reservoirs,well wall destabilization can lead to prolonged drilling cycles and increased development costs.Currently,commonly used mud shale inhibitors have the disadvantages of insufficient inhibition performance,high dosage and poor compatibility.Therefore,the development of a drilling fluid treatment agent with strong inhibition,good stability and compatibility is crucial for the development of unconventional oil and gas reservoirs in complex formations.In this study,a quaternary amine cationic inhibitor with strong inhibitory properties was developed by using epichlorohydrin and triethanolamine as raw materials through indoor experimental means.The results of core linear swelling and chip rolling recovery experiments showed that the inhibitor had excellent performance,with the linear swelling rate of the core reduced from 62.43%to 19.02%and the chip rolling recovery rate increased from 12.84%to 60.31%under the effect of 1%inhibitor.Combined with the results of structural characterization of the inhibitor,it was obtained that the inhibitor inhibited the hydration,swelling and dispersion of clay through electrostatic action,and made use of the hydrogen bonding between its polyhydroxyl functional groups and clay wafers to realize the adsorption and fixation of the inhibitor on the surface of the clay particles,so as to effectively inhibited the hydration,swelling and dispersion of bentonite,and to achieve the requirements for the application of the development of complex strata,which was of great potential for practical application in the oil and gas extraction process.
