摘 要:以生物质白僵蚕为原料,采用溶剂热法制备了在492 nm和678 nm下发射荧光的白僵蚕碳点(JCCDs)。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、透射电镜(TEM)、X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)和紫外-可见吸收光谱(UVVis)等对JCCDs进行结构表征和光学性能测试。当铜离子(Cu^(2+))存在时,Cu^(2+)对JCCDs 678 nm处的荧光产生显著猝灭,而492 nm处的荧光几乎不变。因此,基于JCCDs的荧光比率(I_(678)/I_(492))建立了快速检测Cu^(2+)的分析方法。结果表明,I_(678)/I_(492)与Cu^(2+)在0.1~1.0μM浓度范围具有良好的线性关系,拟合线性方程为y=0.9796-0.5223x,R^(2)=0.98,检出限(Limit of detection,LOD)为0.0125μM。将此方法应用于血清中Cu^(2+)检测,加标回收率在100.0%~112.5%范围内,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于6.1%。Bombyx batryticatus carbon dots(JCCDs)with double emission at 492 nm and 678 nm was synthesized using biomass bombyx batryticatus as sources via solvothermal method.The structural characterization and spectral performance analysis of JCCDs were carried out by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)、transmission electron microscope(TEM)、X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and Ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrum(UV-vis)and so on.Fluorescence of JCCDs at 678 nm was quenched in the presence of Cu^(2+),meanwhile,the fluorescence at 492 nm altered little.Therefore,based on the fluorescence ratio(I_(678)/I_(492))of JCCDs,a rapid fluorescence method for Cu^(2+)detection was established.The results indicated that at the concentration of 0.1~1.0μM,the concentration of Cu^(2+)and I_(678)/I_(492)had a good linear correlation with a linear equation y=0.9796-0.5223x,R^(2)=0.98,and the limit of detection(LOD)was 0.0125μM.The method was used for the assay of Cu^(2+)in serum,and corresponding addition standard recovery and relative standard deviation(RSD)was in the range of 100.0%-112.5%and less than 6.1%.
