摘  要:本文采用无溶剂法在木材表面原位构筑多彩的双组份室温硫化有机硅橡胶涂层,以满足木质文物修复的需求。将聚甲基氢硅氧烷(PMHS)、乙烯基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷(Vi-PDMS)与Karstedt催化剂混合后分别加入不同颜色的无机颜料得到涂料,将其涂刷于木材表面,于常温常压条件下固化得到多彩的有机硅橡胶涂层。研究结果表明,当Vi-PDMS与PMHS质量比为11:1、颜料添加量为40%时,涂层具有良好的疏水性,水接触角为105°。SEM结果表明,构筑的涂层在木材表面涂覆均匀,形成了连续致密的有机硅橡胶涂层,有助于抑制木材从环境中吸收水份。防水性能测试表明木材改性后24 h吸水率从84.77%下降至3.82%,证明了涂层具有良好的防水性能。本文研究的木材保护涂层的生产、施工和应用过程中无VOC释放,环境友好;涂层可在常温常压下固化且具有优异的综合性能,有望在木质文物和古建筑修复中得到应用。This paper aims to construct a colorful two-component room-temperature vulcanizing(RTV-2)silicone rubber coating on the wood surface in situ using a solvent-free method to meet the requirements of wooden cultural relic restoration.By mixing poly(methylhydrosiloxane)(PMHS),vinyl-terminated poly(dimethylsiloxane)(Vi-PDMS)with the Karstedt catalyst,and then adding different colored inorganic pigments to obtain the paint,it was applied to the wood surface and cured under ambient temperature and pressure conditions to obtain a colorful silicone rubber coating.The results showed that when the mass ratio of Vi-PDMS to PMHS was 11:1 and the pigment addition was 40%,the coating had good hydrophobicity,with a water contact angle of 105°.SEM images indicated that the resultant coating was evenly coated on the wood surface,forming a continuous and dense silicone rubber coating,which helped to inhibit the absorption of moisture from the environment by the wood.The water resistance test found that the wood's 24 hours water absorption rate decreased significantly from 84.77%to 3.82%,proving that the coating had good water resistance.The method reported in this paper was VOC-free and therefore was environmentally friendly.The coating could be cured under ambient temperature and pressure conditions with excellent comprehensive performance,and was expected to be applied in the restoration of wooden cultural relics and ancient buildings.
