乳化沥青再生混合料路用性能影响因素及敏感性分析

摘  要:为研究不同因素对乳化沥青再生混合料性能的影响,推荐冷再生技术在高等级表面层的应用,针对乳化沥青再生混合料各性能开展劈裂强度试验、车辙试验、低温小梁试验,研究成型方式、养生温度、养生时间,以及水泥掺量对再生混合料路用性能的影响规律,并通过正交试验法,分析不同因素对再生混合料15℃劈裂强度、动稳定度,以及弯曲应变影响的敏感性。结果表明,采用50+25次双面击实的方式成型试件可大幅度提高再生混合料的各项性能;养生温度与养生时间均能影响乳化沥青再生混合料性能;随着养生温度与养生时间的提高,再生混合料的劈裂强度、抗飞散能力、高低温性能均大幅度提高;随着水泥掺量的提高,再生混合料的强度、高温性能得到提高,低温抗裂性能降低;水泥掺量由0.5%增至2.0%时,再生混合料15℃劈裂强度、动稳定度分别上升了27.1%,131.9%,再生混合料的弯曲应变由5 983×10^(-6)降低至3 104×10^(-6),下降了48.2%;影响再生混合料各项性能的主要因素是水泥掺量与养生温度、次要因素是养生时间。To investigate the influence of various factors on the performance of emulsified asphalt recycled mixtures and to recommend the application of cold recycling technology in high-grade surface layers,targeted tests such as splitting strength tests,rutting tests,and low-temperature beam tests were conducted on the properties of emulsified asphalt recycled mixtures.These tests aimed to study the influence patterns of molding methods,curing temperatures,curing times,and cement contents on the pavement performance of recycled mixtures.Furthermore,an orthogonal test method was employed to analyze the sensitivity of different factors to the splitting strength at 15 ℃,dynamic stability,and bending strain of the recycled mixtures.The results indicate that molding specimens using the double-sided compaction method of a combination of 50 times adding with 25 times can significantly enhance the overall performance of the recycled mixtures.Both curing temperature and curing time affect the properties of emulsified asphalt recycled mixtures.With the increase of curing temperature and time,the splitting strength,resistance to spalling,and high and low temperature performance of the recycled mixtures are significantly improved.With the increase in cement content,the strength and high-temperature performance of the recycled mixtures are improved,while the low-temperature crack resistance is decreased.When the cement content increases from 0.5% to 2.0%,the splitting strength at 15 ℃ and dynamic stability of the recycled mixtures are increased by 27.1% and 131.9%,respectively,while the bending strain is decreased from 5 983×10~(-6) to 3 104×10~(-6) with a reduction of 48.2%.The primary factors influencing the performance of recycled mixtures are cement content and curing temperature,while curing time is a secondary factor.
