摘 要:为研究大跨度斜拉桥合理的换索方案,结合郧县汉江公路大桥全桥换索工程,分析换索前现状索力检测数据,显示现状总索力与原设计成桥索力偏差不大,基于现状索力将全桥换索划分为三段,每段提出2种换索方案,采用midas Civil软件建立全桥有限元模型,对比分析换索过程中斜拉索索力、主梁竖向位移及内力的变化规律。结果表明,长索区采用单塔对称换2根索方案,中长索区采用单塔对称、双塔斜对称换4根索方案,短索区采用单塔对称换4根,双塔先后换索方案,换索过程中各项指标均能满足要求,换索方案可行,且长、短索区换索方案组合施工能极大缩短换索工期。In order to study the reasonable cable replacement scheme for large-span cable-stayed bridges,combined with the cable replacement project of the Han River Highway Bridge in Yunxian County,the current cable force detection data before cable replacement was analyzed.The results showed that the deviation between the current total cable force and the original designed bridge cable force was not significant.Based on the current cable force,the entire bridge cable replacement was divided into three sections,with two cable replacement schemes for each section.A finite element model of the entire bridge was established using midas Civil software to compare and analyze the changes in cable force,vertical displacement of the main beam,and internal forces during the cable replacement process.The cable replacement schemes are as follows:the scheme of the long cable area adopting a single tower symmetrical replacement of two cables,the scheme of the medium long cable area adopting a single tower symmetrical and double tower oblique symmetrical replacement of four cables,and the scheme of the short cable area adopting a single tower symmetrical replacement of four cables scheme,and the double tower sequential replacement of cables.The results show that all indicators during the cable replacement process can meet the requirements,and the cable replacement scheme is feasible.The combination of cable replacement schemes in the long and short cable areas can greatly shorten the cable replacement period.
