摘 要:废弃水泥混凝土破碎成再生骨料的同时,伴随着大量再生微粉的产生。文中采用再生微粉与硅灰复合作为地聚合物前驱体,并与再生骨料结合制备地聚合物稳定碎石用于道路基层,研究其力学性能和体积稳定性。结果表明,除吸水率超过3.0%外,再生骨料的含泥量和表观密度等指标均符合道路基层骨料的技术要求。再生微粉的加入降低了地聚合物稳定碎石的力学强度和体积稳定性,然而当再生微粉掺量不大于地聚合物前驱体30%时,7 d无侧限抗压强度仍满足规范要求的4 MPa。将再生微粉和骨料应用于地聚合物稳定碎石不仅能够解决废弃水泥混凝土的处理问题,还可以减少天然石材的开采、水泥的使用和环境污染。Along with the crushing of waste cement concrete into recycled aggregates,a large amount of recycled micro powder was generated.Recycled powder and silica fume were used as geopolymer precursors and combined with recycled aggregate to prepare geopolymer stabilized crushed stone(GSCS) for road base,and its mechanical properties and volume stability were investigated.The experimental results indicate that the sludge content and apparent density of recycled aggregate meet the technical requirements of road-based aggregate except that the water absorption exceeds 3.0%.The addition of recycled powder reduces the mechanical strength and volume stability of GSCS.However,when the dosage of recycled powder is less than 30%,the 7 d unconfined compressive strength still meets the standard requirement of 4 MPa.The application of recycled powder and aggregate to GSCS can not only solve the problem of waste concrete treatment,but also reduce the mining of natural stone,the use of cement and the environmental pollution.
