摘 要:为研究不同螺旋角度铺层对复合材料层合板抗冲击性的影响,使用了有限元软件ABAQUS对不同螺旋角铺层的复合材料层合板进行数值模拟,使用VUMAT子程序,运用三维Hashin失效准则对复合材料面内损伤进行模拟,使用cohesive单元对层间强度进行仿真,失效模型损伤准则使用二次名义应力准则,使用10 J和25 J的冲击能量对螺旋角度铺层的复合材料层合板进行数值模拟,得到复合材料损伤云图及落锤的能量变化等数据。结果表明,在纤维铺层总数相同的条件下,当螺旋角度小于10°时,随螺旋角度的增大,复合材料层合板的抗冲击性下降,受到冲击破坏的层合板能量吸收能力也随之下降,但螺旋角度过小导致纤维分布过于集中会使材料的变形程度加大;当螺旋角度大于10°时,由于纤维均匀分布到各个方向上,使应力可以沿纤维均匀传到到基体中,避免由于纤维铺设方向集中导致的应力集中,从而产生大变形;增加螺旋周期可以使冲击力在多周期的作用下均匀分散,避免某一方向的应力集中,减少大变形。当铺层层数固定时,在保证纤维方向足够均匀时,螺旋角度越小,复合材料层合板小能量的能量吸收率越高,增加螺旋周期可以减少复合材料层合板的冲击破坏变形。In order to study the influence of different helix angle layups on the impact resistance of composite laminates,the finite element software,ABAQUS,was used to numerically simulate the composite laminates with different helix angle ply,the VUMAT subroutine was used to simulate the in-plane damage of the composites using the three-dimensional Hashin failure criterion,the interlaminar strength was simulated by the cohesive element,and the quadratic nominal stress criterion was used for the failure model damage criterion.The impact energy of 10 J and 25 J were used to numerically simulate the composite laminate with spiral angle layer,and the damage contour of the composite material and the velocity change of the drop weight were obtained.The results show that when the total number of fiber layers is the same and the spiral angle is less than 10°,the impact resistance of the composite laminates decreases with the increase of the spiral angle,and the energy absorption capacity of the laminates damaged by the impact also decreases.However,if the spiral angle is too small,the fiber distribution is too concentrated,which will increase the deformation of the material.When the spiral angle is greater than 10°,because the fiber is evenly distributed in all directions,the stress can be evenly transmitted to the matrix along the fiber,so as to avoid the stress concentration perpendicular to the fiber direction due to the concentration of the fiber laying direction,so that the large deformation can be increased and the spiral period can make the impact force evenly dispersed under the action of multiple cycles,avoid the stress concentration in a certain direction,and reduce the large deformation.When the number of layers is fixed,the direction of the fibers is uniform enough,the smaller the spiral angle,the higher the energy absorption rate of the small energyof the composite laminate,but increasing spiral period can reduce the impact failure deformation of composite laminates.
