摘 要:针对分度环塑件环体外壁设置有多个卡台、对成型精度要求较高等特点,为保证塑件的成型质量,采取以下模具设计措施来实现塑件的自动化注塑生产。一是采用两个点浇口在环体顶端实施浇注的方式以保证模腔的均衡充填;二是采用环体外壁圆周使用12个滑块实施同步径向侧抽芯的方式以防止外壁脱模的脱模变形,12个滑块由顶针推板推动顶环来实现同步抽芯动作;三是采用二次加速顶出机构加速顶出以实现塑件的完全脱模,避免了采用细小顶针顶出塑件而带来的顶出变形问题。模具结构优化设计为一种三板模具,1模2腔布局,3次开模。12个滑块的同步抽芯优化设计为顶针推板同步顶出驱动,以实现塑件环体外壁的局部先抽芯,而后借助顶针推板的继续推出,驱动翘板二次加速顶出机构来实现塑件整体的最终脱模。In response to the characteristics of the indexing ring plastic part,which features numerous undercuts on the outer wall of the ring body and high requirements for molding precision,the following mould design measures had been adopted to ensure the molding quality of the plastic part and achieve automated injection molding production.Firstly,two pinpoint gates were used at the top of the ring body to ensure balanced filling of the mold cavity.Secondly,12 sliders were employed around the circumference of the outer wall of the ring body to achieve synchronous radial side core pulling,preventing deformation during demolding of the outer wall.These 12 sliders were driven by the ejector plate to push the ejector ring,achieving synchronous core pulling.Thirdly,a secondary acceleration ejection mechanism was utilized to accelerate ejection,ensuring complete demoulding of the plastic part and avoiding the deformation issues associated with using small ejector pins.The optimized mould structure designed was a three-plate mould with a 1-mould with 2-cavity layout and three opening stages.The synchronous core pulling of the 12 sliders was optimized to be driven by the ejector plate,achieving partial core pulling of the outer wall of the ring body first,and then driving the secondary acceleration ejection mechanism through the continued pushing of the ejector plate to achieve the final demoulding of the entire plastic part.
