摘 要:发动机扭转减振器是控制发动机振动的关键部件,其环形轴承需要具备高强度、高耐磨性和高尺寸精度。由于轴承壁厚较薄且采用尼龙材料注射成型,成型难度较大,因此设计合理的注塑模具并确定优化的工艺参数成为制造减振器面临的关键技术难题。为通过优化模具设计和注塑工艺参数,解决薄壁尼龙轴承成型中的技术问题,确保其性能满足使用要求,选用尼龙66作为轴承材料,分析了其注塑工艺特点,重点设计了模具的流道系统、冷却系统和脱模顶出机构。通过模流分析,研究了填充率、翘曲变形量和锁模力等关键指标,并利用神经网络拟合工具对注塑工艺参数进行了训练和测试,结合优化算法确定了最优注塑参数。研究结果表明,当注射时间为2 s、熔体温度为270℃、模具温度为40℃时,翘曲变形量最低为1.530 mm,满足工艺要求。实验数据与模拟结果吻合,验证了模具设计和工艺参数优化的有效性。The engine torsional vibration damper is a critical component for controlling engine vibrations,and its ring bearing requires high strength,wear resistance,and dimensional accuracy.Due to the relatively thin wall thickness of the bearing and the use of nylon material for injection molding,the forming process is quite challenging.Therefore,designing a reasonable injection mould and determining optimized process parameters have become key technical challenges in the manufacturing of shock absorbers.Aiming to address the technical issues in molding thin-walled nylon bearings by optimizing mould design and injection process parameters,ensuring their performance meets operational requirements.Nylon 66 as the bearing material was selected and its injection molding characteristics was analyzed.The design focused on the mould's runner system,cooling system,and ejection mechanism.Through mould flow analysis,key indicators such as fill rate,warpage deformation,and clamping force were investigated.A neural network fitting tool was used to train and test the injection process parameters,and an optimization algorithm was employed to determine the optimal injection parameters.The results show that when the injection time is 2 s,the melt temperature is 270℃,and the mold temperature is 40℃,the minimum warpage deformation is 1.530 mm,which meets the process requirements.Experimental data closely matched the simulation results,validating the effectiveness of the mold design and process parameter optimization.
