摘　　要：本文研究了基于BIM技术的装配式吊顶施工设计及其在装饰旧改EPC项目中的应用。文章首先分析了装饰旧改市场的演变趋势,指出了传统装饰管理模式存在的不足,并强调了BIM技术在解决这些问题方面的重要性。通过引入BIM技术,本文展示了如何在施工早期阶段对专业管线的关键参数进行调整和优化,从而提高施工效率、提升材料利用率、降低环境污染,进而推动建筑行业的可持续发展。This paper studies the construction design of prefabricated suspended ceilings based on BIM technology and its application in the EPC project of decorative renovation of existing buildings.Firstly,the paper analyzes the evolution trend of the decorative renovation market,points out the deficiencies of the traditional decorative management mode,and emphasizes the importance of BIM technology in solving these problems.By introducing BIM technology,this paper demonstrates how to adjust and optimize the key parameters of professional pipelines in the early construction stage,so as to improve construction efficiency,enhance material utilization rate,reduce environmental pollution,and further promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.
