摘 要:防火涂料是钢结构建筑不可或缺的组成部分。由于有机类防火涂料在生产和阻燃时存在向环境释放有毒有害气体的弊端,无机类防火涂料得到了越来越多的关注。本文介绍了以普通硅酸盐水泥、磷酸钾镁水泥、碱矿渣水泥以及地聚物等无机材料作为黏结剂的钢结构防火涂料的研究现状及研究成果。在此基础上,提出了无机类钢结构防火涂料未来的研究方向、发展趋势及应用前景。期望在低碳、绿色、环保要求越来越高的情况下,更好地开展以无机材料黏粘剂为主的钢结构防火涂料的研究。Fire retardant coating is an indispensable part of steel structure building.Because organic fire retardant coatings release toxic gases to the environment during production and flame retardant,inorganic fireproof coatings have received more and more attention.In this paper,the research status and achievements of fire retardant coat-ings for steel structures using inorganic materials such as Portland cement,potassium magnesium phosphate ce-ment,alkali activated slag cement and geopolymers as binders are introduced.On this basis,the future research direction,development trend and application prospect of inorganic fire retardant coatings for steel structure are put forward.It is expected that in the case of people's higher and higher requirements for low-carbon,green and environmental protection,the research of steel structure fire retardant coatings based on inorganic material adhe-sives can be better carried out.
