摘  要:为解决传统工程水泥基复合材料造价高且力学性能较低的问题,本文在玻璃骨料工程水泥基复合材料的基础上研究了一种新型掺玄武岩石粉的聚乙烯醇-玄武岩混杂纤维工程水泥基复合材料(PVA/BF-ECC)。通过使玄武岩石粉与玻璃砂、聚乙烯醇纤维和玄武岩纤维产生协同效应,从而达到提升工程水泥基复合材料的强度和韧性,并有效降低其生产成本。结果表明,当分别以不同比例的玄武岩纤维和玄武岩石粉替代聚乙烯醇纤维和玻璃砂时,工程水泥基复合材料的各项力学性能均得到了显著提高,为相关领域的研究提供了重要参考。In order to solve the problem of high cost and low mechanical properties of traditional engineering ce-mentitious composites,this paper investigates a new type of polyvinyl alcohol-basalt mixed fiber engineering ce-mentitious composites(PVA/BF-ECC)doped with basalt stone powder on the basis of glass aggregate engineering cementitious composites.The synergistic effect of basalt stone powder with glass sand,polyvinyl alcohol fibers and basalt fibers was achieved by making basalt stone powder with glass sand,polyvinyl alcohol fibers and basalt fibers,so as to enhance the strength and toughness of the engineered cementitious composites,and to effectively reduce their production costs.The results show that when basalt fibers and basalt stone powder are used to replace polyvinyl alcohol fibers and glass sand with different ratios,the mechanical properties of engineering cementitious composites are significantly improved,which provides an important reference for the research in related fields.
