摘  要:本文详细研究了预制装配式地铁车站施工技术。该技术具有机械化程度高、可以显著节省施工时间、节能环保的优点,同时能保证较高的施工质量。本文以长春轨道交通6号线为例,探讨了预制装配式地铁车站的设计与施工流程,特别强调了构件的吊运和拼装技术,以及如何解决施工过程中遇到的技术难题。本文叙述了如何通过合理规划施工流程、优化设备使用和精确控制施工精度来提高工程效率和质量。自长春轨道交通2号线双丰站首次应用装配式车站以来,技术得到了快速改进。支护形式由外支撑体系逐渐增加了内支撑体系,该经验在长春轨道交通6号线的建设亦得到了应用,整体拼装率因此显著提高。In this paper,the construction technology of prefabricated subway station is studied in detail.This tech-nology has a high degree of mechanization,can significantly save construction time,and has the advantages of en-ergy saving and environmental protection,while ensuring a high construction quality.Taking Changchun Rail Transit Line 6 as an example,this paper discusses the design and construction process of prefabricated subway station,especially the lifting and assembling technology of components,and how to solve the technical problems encountered in the construction process.This paper describes how to improve the engineering efficiency and quality by rational planning of the construction process,optimizing the use of equipment and accurately controlling the construction precision.Since the first application of prefabricated stations at Shuangfeng Station of Changchun Rail Transit Line 2,the technology has undergone rapid improvements.The support system has gradually transi-tioned from an external support system to an internal support system,and this experience has also been applied in the construction of Changchun Rail Transit Line 6,and the overall assembly rate has been significantly im-proved.
