市政供热管网施工技术工艺探索

摘　　要：为满足城镇供暖管网对工艺创新的需求,本文以济南市外废热利用工程为例,探索了市政供热管网施工技术工艺。简述了开方及挖方的施工要点,从土建工程、回填土工程、预制组对、直埋管道安装、焊接、管道涂漆防腐工程等方面着手,剖析了管道切割、组对、安装、焊接、防腐等技术要点。概述了直埋供热管道结构特点、有偿直埋敷设以及试压试验,分析了在试压过程中出现的几种现象。研究表明,使用本文提供的具体工艺,能有效控制管道施工的质量。同时,提出了城市供暖网络建设中应注意的问题,供相关工程借鉴。To meet the demand for technological innovation in urban heating pipeline networks,this paper takes the Jinan Waste Heat Utilization Project as an example to explore the construction technology and processes of municipal heating pipeline networks.It briefly describes the construction key points of excavation and earth re-moval,and analyzes the technical key points of pipeline cutting,assembly,installation,welding,and anti-corrosion from the construction aspects such as civil engineering,backfilling,prefabrication and assembly,direct burial pipeline installation,welding,and the pipeline painting and anti-corrosion works,it also outlines the structural characteristics of direct burial heating pipelines,compensated direct burial laying,and pressure testing experi-ments,and analyzes several phenomena that occur during the pressure testing process.The research shows that the specific processes mentioned in this paper can effectively control the quality of pipeline construction,at the same time,the problems that should be noted in the construction of urban heating networks are proposed for reference in related projects.
