摘　　要：本文以安康汉江大桥项目为例,探讨了在河谷地区复杂地形条件下,建设钢拱桥现场临时拼装厂的特殊挑战。针对现场地形、空间受限的环境,研究了为满足钢拱桥安装节段在现场拼装要求,在桥址附近的岸边进行拼装厂施工的有效策略。通过详细分析工程概况、结构特点及施工难点,强调了河谷地区建设临时拼装厂的必要性。本文详细阐述了拼装厂的选址、设计与建设,巧妙地利用了河谷有限的空间。同时,介绍了拼装厂内龙门吊安装方法的具体步骤与技术细节,强调了施工安全。该研究不仅解决了在特殊地形中修建临时拼装厂存在地面宽度不够的难题,而且给出了在狭窄场地安装拼装厂内龙门吊的施工方法,确保了施工安全与效率,并展示了临时拼装厂建设的实践成果。该研究对相似复杂环境下的桥梁工程具有重要参考价值与广泛的推广应用潜力。Taking Ankang Hanjiang Bridge project as an example,this paper discusses the special challenges of constructing steel arch bridge on-site temporary assembly plant under the complex terrain conditions in river val-ley area.In view of the site topography and space limitation,the effective strategy of assembling steel arch bridge on the shore near the bridge site is studied to meet the requirements of assembling steel arch bridge sections on the site.Through detailed analysis of the general situation of the project,structural characteristics and construction difficulties,the necessity of constructing the temporary assembly plant in the valley area is emphasized.In this paper,the site selection,design and construction of assembly plant are described in detail,and the limited space of river valley is cleverly utilized.At the same time,the concrete steps and technical details of the gantry crane in-stallation method in the assembly plant are introduced,and the construction safety is emphasized.This study not only solved the problem of insufficient ground width in the construction of the temporary assembly plant in the special terrain,but also gave the construction method of installing the gantry crane in the narrow site,also en-sured the construction safety and efficiency,and demonstrated the practical results of the construction of the tem-porary assembly plant.This research has important reference value and extensive application potential for bridge engineering in similar complex environment.
