摘 要:加工参数(主轴转速、每齿进给量、径向切深、轴向切深)在加工过程中有着重要的作用,研究目的是为了降低能耗提高能量利用效率,降低铣削热提高加工质量和刀具寿命。研究过程从节能和铣削热两个方面对加工参数进行优化,建立加工参数与能耗及铣削热的数学模型,以主轴转速、每齿进给量、径向切深和轴向切深为优化变量,以机床设备性能和工艺参数取值范围为约束条件,以节能和低铣削热为目标对加工参数进行优化,采用带精英策略的非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)对数学模型进行求解。用层次分析法找出Pareto解集中的最优解,通过正交实验响应曲面法对本次优化结果进行验证,最后用优化后的加工参数与经验加工参数进行实验对比分析,研究结果表明优化后加工参数在节能和低铣削热方面效果明显。Processing parameters(spindle speed,feed per tooth,radial depth,axial depth)have an important role in the process.The purpose in this study is to reduce energy consumption,improve energy utilization efficiency,reduce milling heat and improve processing quality and tool life.The research process optimizes the processing parameters from both energy consumption and milling heat,with spindle speed,feed per tooth,radial and axial cutting depth as optimization variables,the value range of machine tool equipment performance and processing parameters are taken as constraints,optimizing the processing parameters for energy saving and low milling heat,the model is solved with the non⁃dominant ranked genetic algorithm(NSGA⁃Ⅱ)with the elite strategy.Finding the optimal solution to the Pareto solution set with the hierarchical analysis,the optimal results were verified with the orthogonal experimental response surface method,finally,the optimal machining parameters and the empirical machining parameters are used for experimental comparative analysis,the results show that the optimal processing parameters are very effective in energy saving and low milling heat.
