摘 要:为提高现场制氢HFS(加氢站)的运营收益,提出考虑电能量-备用-氢能耦合市场环境的加氢站双层随机优化模型。上层为HFS参与电能量、备用、氢能耦合日前市场及平衡市场的投标报价模型。下层为两阶段出清模型:第一阶段是在已知各市场主体的投标报价信息后,开展能量、氢能、备用市场联合出清;第二阶段是针对不同负荷偏差场景下平衡市场出清。此外,设计了基于对偶理论与KKT(卡罗需-库恩-塔克)条件转化的混合整数线性规划均衡求解算法。仿真分析表明,备用以及平衡市场的参与大大增加了HFS的收益。To enhance the operational revenue of on-site hydrogen production hydrogen refueling stations(HFS),a bi-level stochastic optimization model is proposed,considering the electric energy-reserve-hydrogen coupling mar⁃ket environment.The upper-level model represents the bidding strategy of the HFS in the day-ahead electric energy,reserve,and hydrogen coupling markets,as well as the balancing market.The lower-level model comprises a twostage clearing process:the first stage involves joint clearing of the energy,hydrogen,and reserve markets based on known bidding information of market participants;the second stage handles balancing market clearing under various load deviation scenarios.Additionally,a mixed-integer linear programming equilibrium-solving algorithm is de⁃signed based on duality theory and the Karush-Kuhn-Tucker(KKT)conditions.Simulation results demonstrate that participation in reserve and balancing markets significantly increases the revenue of the HFS.
