盐胁迫对景天三七种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

摘  要:目的目的探明单盐和混合盐胁迫对景天三七(Phedimusaizoon)种子萌发及幼苗生长期的影响,明确其对盐胁迫的耐受性。方法方法以景天三七种子及幼苗为试验材料,以2种单盐(NaCl、v)和2种混合盐[m(Na_(2)SO_(4))∶m(NaCl)=1∶1、m(Na_(2)SO_(4))∶m(NaCl)=1∶2]模拟盐胁迫,研究景天三七种子萌发阶段、胚芽和胚根生长及幼苗生长阶段的耐盐性,以期为盐碱环境下提高景天三七栽培成活率提供参考依据。结果结果2种单盐和2种混合盐处理种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数和胚芽长、胚根长等指标均下降,与对照相比差异显著。结论结论景天三七幼苗生长阶段对Na_(2)SO_(4)盐表现出一定的耐性。景天三七种子萌发期对单盐Na_(2)SO_(4)、NaCl和混合盐m(Na_(2)SO_(4))∶m(Na‐Cl)=1∶1、m(Na_(2)SO_(4))∶m(NaCl)=1∶2耐盐阈值分别为0.423%、0.246%、0.239%、0.465%;极限值分别为1.380%、2.829%、1.477%、1.301%。解除盐胁迫后景天三七种子仍具有一定的萌发力。复水试验后仍有部分种子恢复正常萌发。Objective In order to investigate the effects of salt stress on seed germination and the plant growth of Phedimus aizoon,and to clarify its tolerance to single salts and mixed salts.Methods Seeds and seedling of Phedimus aizoon was used as materials,Two kinds of single salts(NaCl,Na_(2)SO_(4))and two different ratios of mixed salts[m(Na_(2)SO_(4)):m(NaCl)=1:1,m(Na2SO4):m(NaCl)=1:2]were used to simulate salt stress.The salt tolerance of Phedimus aizoon at the seed germination stage,the growth stage of germ and radicle and seedling growth was studied,in order to provide reference for improving the survival rate of introduction and cultivation of Phedimus aizoon under salt environment.Results The germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vigor index,germ length and radicle length were significantly lower than those of the control under different concentrations of two single salt and two mixed salt treatments.Conclusion The thresholds of tolerance of Phedimus aizoon to NaCl,m(Na_(2)SO_(4)):m(NaCl)=1∶1 and m(Na_(2)SO_(4)):m(NaCl)=1:2 were 0.423%,0.246%,0.239%,0.465%during the seed germination stage,respectively.While the limit concentrations to salt stresses of Phedimus aizoon to NaCl,Na_(2)SO_(4),m(Na_(2)SO_(4)):m(NaCl)=1:1,m(Na_(2)SO_(4)):m(NaCl)=1:2 were 1.380%,2.829%,1.477%,1.301%.After relieving salt stress,some seeds returned to a certain germination capacity.
