摘  要:膜机作业时常出现地膜过度拉伸甚至断裂等问题,这是由覆膜过程中地膜张力波动导致的。为解决这些问题,设计了一种基于径向基函数(RadialBasis Function,RBF)神经网络整定PID参数的张力控制方法,该方法基于张力控制理论,分析了覆膜机卷径与速度、张力之间的动态关系,PID控制器的参数决定张力控制系统的稳定性和速度,通过速度、张力的双闭环结构进行电机转速的调节。并在Simulink平台上设计了PID控制以及RBF-PID控制系统进行对比实验。仿真结果表明,与传统的PID控制方法相比,RBF神经网络整定PID算法能够有效地提高张力控制系统的控制精度,更好地满足在复杂工况下精准调控张力的控制需求。该系统较传统PID控制方法的上升时间减小3.2%,调节时间减少76.09%,超调量减少了22.49%,响应速度提高64.56%,鲁棒性较好。因此研究覆膜张力控制中PID控制器参数整定优化问题具有重要意义,RBF-PID控制方法在张力控制系统中具有应用前景和研究价值。In the operation of laminating machine,problems such as excessive stretching or even breaking of the film often occur,which are caused by the fluctuation of film tension in the laminating process.To solve these problems,a film tension control method based on radial basis function(Radial Basis Function,RBF)neural network parameter tuning of PID controller was designed.This method is based on the theory of tension control and analyzes the dynamic relationship between the roll diameter and speed,as well as tension.The parameters of the PID controller determine the stability and speed of the tension control system,and the motor speed is adjusted through a dual closed-loop structure of speed and tension.An experimental comparison was conducted between the PID control system and the RBF-PID control system on the Simulink platform.The simulation results show that compared with the traditional PID control method,the RBF neural network parameter tuning of PID algorithm can effectively improve the control precision of the film tension control system and better meet the control demand for precise regulation of tension under complex working conditions.The rise time of the system is reduced by 3.2%,the settling time is reduced by 76.09%,the overshoot is reduced by 22.49%,the response speed is improved by 64.56%,and the robustness is good.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the problem of parameter tuning optimization of PID controller in film tension control,and the RBF-PID control method has application prospects and research value in the film tension control system.
