摘  要:针对四喷嘴对置式水煤浆加压气化装置烧嘴压差波动问题进行分析,总结优化措施,取得较好效果,并对装置生产运行中气化炉烧嘴室短节缺少温度检测、磨煤排放池泵故障率高、干燥机系统蒸汽未能有效回收等问题进行分析研究,提出优化措施,取得了较好的效益。This paper analyzed fluctuations in nozzle pressure differentials within a four-nozzle opposed coal water slurry pressurized gasification system,summarized optimization measures and significant improvement achievements.Additionally,operational challenges such as the lack of thermocouple detection in gasifier nozzle chamber sections,high failure rates of coal mill discharge sump pumps,and ineffective steam recovery in drying systems were investigated.Proposed optimizations enhanced operational efficiency and economic benefits.
