摘　　要：介绍甲醇装置水煤浆提浓单元工艺流程、操作要点、运行效果,分析了水煤浆提浓单元投用后装置的经济效益及对装置单位产品综合能耗的影响,并针对运行过程出现的问题提出优化改进措施。This paper introduced the process flow,operational key points,and operational performance of the coal water slurry concentration unit in a methanol plant.The economic benefits and the comprehensive energy consumption per unit product were analyzed after the unit was implemented.Optimization measures were proposed to address operational issues encountered during operation.
