摘 要:针对煤气化配套变换单元的一些管线及换热器在运行中出现的腐蚀问题,从现场腐蚀现象以及工艺介质操作温度、水露点温度、流量大小等不同角度进行分析研究,找出了这些设备和管线出现腐蚀的根本原因,即高温含水蒸气的粗煤气或变换气在接触到管线或换热设备温度较低处的冷壁时,使冷壁处介质的温度低于了其水露点温度,导致腐蚀性凝液析出形成了露点腐蚀。这一现象也提示在进行变换工艺设计时应注意冷壁露点腐蚀问题。In response to the corrosion problems that occur in some pipelines and heat exchangers of coal gasification supporting shift unit during operation,this article analyzed and studied the corrosion phenomena from different perspectives such as on-site corrosion,process medium operating temperature,water dew point temperature,and flow rate.The fundamental reason for the corrosion of these equipment and pipelines is identified,that is,when high-temperature steam containing crude synthesis gas or shift gas comes into contact with the cold wall of the pipeline or heat exchange,the temperature of the medium at the cold wall is lower than its water dew point,resulting in the precipitation of corrosive condensate and dew point corrosion.This phenomenon also suggests that attention should be paid to the issue of cold wall dew point corrosion when designing the process of CO shift.
