摘　　要：根据煤化工中低温甲醇洗装置的工艺流程和设备结构特点,针对低温甲醇洗装置在拆除前的深度清洗处理过程和拆除过程中的实施难点、环保管控重点等进行分析,通过一系列优化措施和方法,完成了对全装置的深度清洗和拆除工作。Based on the process flow and equipment structural characteristics of low temperature methanol wash units in coal chemical plants,this study analyzed challenges in deep cleaning processes before dismantling,key environmental control points during dismantling operations,and implementation difficulties.Through a series of optimized measures and methods,the deep cleaning and dismantling of the entire unit were successfully completed.
