摘　　要：针对空分装置出现的一起后备液氮系统供氮温度异常降低事件,从设备配置、工艺参数设定、操作法编制及操作人员培训等各方面分析其发生的原因,并提出有效的应对措施及优化方案,为同类型空分装置后备液氮系统预防及处置类似故障波动,实现稳定供氮提供有效参照。This paper analyzed the causes of an abnormal temperature drop event in the nitrogen supply of the backup liquid nitrogen system for an air separation unit,considering various aspects such as equipment configuration,process parameter settings,operation procedure formulation,and operator training.Effective countermeasures and optimization plans were proposed to prevent and handle similar fluctuations in faults for backup liquid nitrogen systems in similar air separation units,providing a reference for stable nitrogen supply.
