摘  要:为响应国家节能减排政策,结合尿素装置运行特点和相关成熟经验,通过在尿素装置增设一套中压系统,实现对装置的余热和副产蒸汽的综合利用,以达到降低蒸汽消耗、降低尿素产品中缩二脲含量及提质增效的目的,同时满足配套年产6万吨三聚氰胺装置尾气回收和处理目标,实现三聚氰胺和尿素装置的综合经济效益最大化。To comply with national energy saving and emission reduction policies,a medium pressure system was added to the urea plant based on its operational characteristics and mature technical experience.This modification enables comprehensive utilization of waste heat and by-product steam,effectively reducing steam consumption and biuret content in urea products for“quality improvement and efficiency enhancement”.Simultaneously,it fulfills the requirements for tail gas recovery and treatment from an associated 60 kt/a melamine plant,thereby maximizing the integrated economic benefits of both melamine and urea production units.
