摘　　要：介绍大颗粒尿素中缩二脲含量偏高的原因,生产中通过优化尿液储槽液位、尿液管线夹套蒸汽压力、提高系统氨分压等措施,有效地降低了产品尿素中缩二脲含量,稳定了大颗粒尿素产品的优级品率,提高了产品的市场竞争力。This paper introduced the reasons of high biuret content in large granular urea.By optimizing the liquid level in the urea storage tank and the steam pressure in the urea pipeline jacket,and increasing the system ammonia partial pressure,the biuret content in the product urea was effectively reduced to stabilize the first-grade product rate,and therefore to improve the market competitiveness of the product.
