内旋转超声检测技术在二段转化废热锅炉管束腐蚀检测中的应用

摘　　要：合成氨装置二段转化废热锅炉下管板内侧边缘处换热管的外壁产生了腐蚀损伤,由于管板信号的干扰,采用远场涡流检测技术检测时,缺陷信号被管板信号淹没而无法检出。通过采用内旋转超声检测,可以有效检出下管板处换热管的腐蚀损伤缺陷,对后续的缺陷处理提供了有力的数据支持,保证了设备的安稳长运行。The corrosion damage occurs on the inner edge of the lower tube plate of the outer wall of the heat exchange tube of the two-stage waste heat boiler in synthetic ammonia plant.The far-field eddy current detection technology is used,however the signal is submerged by the interference of tube plate signal,leading to detection failure of defect signals.Through the internal rotating ultrasonic testing of the tube bundle in the second-stage waste heat boiler,the corrosion damage defects at the lower tube plate of the heat exchange tube can be effectively detected,providing strong data support for subsequent defect treatment,ensuring the stable and long-term operation of the equipment.
