摘  要:电液转换器错油门卡涩故障是润滑油氧化在错油门与壳体间形成漆膜导致的,通过在试验台上对备用电液转换器手轮与电信号的操作相互影响试验、电液转换器最低可接受调速油压力试验及油动机滑阀振幅的调整试验,提出并实施了在线不停机处理卡涩故障的方法,避免了机组停机造成的生产损失。对比国内外除漆膜技术,选择平衡电荷净化滤油机对润滑油进行过滤,减少和降低了漆膜的形成。介绍了电液转换器双冗余自动切换改造方案,该方案解决了电液转换器故障导致的设备停机问题。This article provided a detailed analysis of the causes of speed fluctuations in the synthetic gas compressor turbine caused by incorrect throttle jamming of the electro-hydraulic converter.Through testing the interaction between the backup electrohydraulic converter handwheel and electrical signal operation on a test bench,the lowest acceptable speed control oil pressure test of the electro-hydraulic converter,and the adjustment test of the oil motor slide valve amplitude,a method for online non-stop handling of jamming faults is proposed and implemented to avoid production losses caused by unit shutdown.After analysis,the main reason for the incorrect throttle jamming of the electrohydraulic converter is the oxidation of lubricating oil,which forms a paint film between the wrong throttle and the housing.By comparing domestic and foreign paint film removal technologies,a balanced charge purification oil filter is finally selected to filter the lubricating oil,reducing the formation of paint film.At the same time,the current dual redundancy automatic switching transformation scheme of the electrohydraulic converter is introduced,completely solving the problem of equipment shutdown caused by the failure of the electrohydraulic converter.
