摘  要:合成氨装置一段转化炉部分转化管突然出现超温红管现象,存在转化管失效的风险,严重影响装置的安全稳定运行。由于缺乏抢修转化管的备件,短期内不具备抢修条件,经过对超温炉管的安全运行状态进行评估确认,避免了装置停车。通过介绍评估过程和监控运行措施,为制氢转化炉转化管超温故障后的安全运行提供案例支撑。The sudden occurrence of overheating and red tube phenomenon in the conversion tube of the first stage converter of the synthetic ammonia plant posed a risk of conversion tube failure,seriously affecting the safe and stable operation of the device.Due to the lack of spare parts for repairing the conversion tube,the repair conditions were not available in the short term.After evaluating and confirming the safe operation status of the over temperature furnace tube,the shutdown of the device was avoided.This article introduced the evaluation process and monitoring operation measures,providing case support for the overheating fault of the conversion tube in the hydrogen production converter.
