摘  要:某甲醇合成项目配套硫黄回收装置采用克劳斯+斯科特加氢工艺,制硫燃烧炉采用纯氧配风操作,运行过程中尾气吸收塔出口羰基硫体积含量偏高,达100~150μL/L,净化尾气进入焚烧炉燃烧后产生的烟气SO_(2)排放质量含量也偏高,在240~400 mg/m^(3)波动。通过适当提高酸性气中H_(2)S含量和更换新型催化剂等操作后尾气吸收塔出口羰基硫体积含量降至50μL/L以内,烟气SO_(2)排放质量含量稳定在80~150 mg/m^(3)。The sulfur recovery unit supporting a certa in methanol synthesis project adopts the Claus+SCOT(Claus+Scott hydrogenation)process.The sulfur-making combustion furnace operated with pure oxygen and air supply.During the operation,the concentration of carbonyl sulfide(COS)at the outlet of the tail gas absorption tower was high(100~150μL/L),and the mass concentration of SO_(2) in the flue gas generated after the purified tail gas entered into the incinerator for combustion fluctuates between 240~400 mg/m^(3).After operations such as appropriately increasing the H2S concentration in the acid gas and replacing the new catalyst,the volume fraction of COS at the outlet of the tail gas absorption tower was reduced to less than 50μL/L,and the mass concentration of SO_(2) in the flue gas was stably maintained between 80~150 mg/m^(3).
