摘　　要：随着政策对新能源汽车行业的大力支持和产业链的不断完善,电动汽车市场正飞速兴起。在发展过程中电动汽车的性能不断地提升,价格也逐渐亲民化,越来越多的消费者选择电动汽车作为代步工具。电动汽车因其驾驶室地板下方被较大的电池组模块占用,整车各零件的布置空间极为苛刻,加之其越来越丰富的电气功能,电线布置和选型更加需要与时俱进。在小型化、轻量化的高要求下,扁平电缆已经成为在特定情况下替代圆形导线进行电源和信号连接的关键选择。本文主要介绍扁平电缆的规格类型,并从空间、性能、成本等方面的优势分析其在电动汽车中的应用场景和发展趋势。With the strong policy support for the new energy automobile industry and the continuous improvement of the industrial chain,the electric vehicle market is rising rapidly.In the process of development,the performance of electric vehicles continues to improve,and the price is gradually closer to the people,more and more consumers choose electric vehicles as a means of transportation.Because electric vehicles are occupied by larger battery pack modules under the cab floor,the layout space of various parts of the vehicle is extremely demanding,and its increasingly rich electrical functions,wire layout and selection need to keep pace with The Times.Under the high requirements of miniaturization and lightweight,flat cables have become a key choice to replace circular wires for power and signal connections in certain situations.This paper mainly introduces the specifications and types of flat cable,and analyzes its application scenarios and development trends in electric vehicles from the advantages of space,performance and cost.
