摘 要:文章首先基于线缆辐射发射模型,通过对线缆分布电流的分析得到屏蔽线缆和非屏蔽线缆辐射场强的比值,验证CST仿真中线缆模型的准确性。然后建立车辆电磁辐射仿真模型,结合整车电场发射的测试结果,分析非屏蔽高压线缆对车辆辐射发射的影响。最后对非屏蔽高压线缆下的车辆总线信号品质进行测试。从车辆对外电磁辐射场强和总线信号品质两个维度定性研究非屏蔽高压线缆对车辆电磁兼容性能的影响,研究表明,非屏蔽高压线缆具备装车应用前景。This paper start with the cable radiation emission model to analyze the cable current distributed,obtain the ratio of the radiation field strength of shielded and unshielded cables,verifying the accuracy of the cable model in CST simulation.Then establish a vehicle electromagnetic radiation simulation model,and analyze the impact of unshielded HV cables on vehicle radiation emissions based on the test results of vehicle electric field emissions.Finally,tested the signal quality of the CAN bus under unshielded HV cables.Qualitative research was conducted on the impact of unshielded HV cables on the electromagnetic compatibility performance of vehicles from external electromagnetic radiation field strength and CAN bus signal quality,Research shows that unshielded HV cables have the potential for vehicle installation applications.
