摘 要:随着新能源汽车电驱动系统的发展,绝缘栅双极型晶体管IGBT模块作为核心部件,其散热问题成为制约电驱动系统可靠性的瓶颈。文章通过COMSOL Multiphysics软件对灌封型IGBT模块及其散热系统进行全面热仿真,并结合试验数据进行对比分析,优化水道设计以提高散热效率。研究结果表明,优化后的水道设计能有效降低IGBT模块的温度,提高系统的可靠性。With the development of electric drive system of new energy vehicles,IGBT(insulated gate bipolar transistor)module as the core component,its heat dissipation problem has become the bottleneck restricting the reliability of electric drive system.In this paper,COMSOL Multiphysics software was used to conduct a comprehensive thermal simulation of the pot-sealed IGBT module and its heat dissipation system,and combined with the experimental data,comparative analysis was carried out to optimize the water channel design to improve the heat dissipation efficiency.The results show that the optimized water channel design can effectively reduce the temperature of the IGBT module and improve the reliability of the system.
