摘 要:目的 探讨老年性聋患者注意网络内功能连接的变化、注意网络与听觉皮层功能连接的变化,以及这些功能连接变化区域与认知功能的关系。方法 选取57例健康者(HC组)和60例老年性聋患者(PC组),使用MR扫描仪进行3DTI和rsfMRI数据采集,构建注意网络并选取双侧赫氏回作为听觉皮层的感兴趣区域。最后,评估所有参与者的认知功能。结果 老年性聋患者注意网络内功能连接存在下降以及注意网络与听觉皮层的功能连接存在变化。同时,在所有参与者中,注意网络内功能连接改变与认知功能有关。结论 老年性聋患者中注意网络内功能连接模式可能受到损伤,注意网络与听觉皮层之间的功能连接存在代偿与失代偿的关系。Objective To discuss the changes in functional connectivity within the attention network,the alterations in func-tional connectivity between the attention network and the auditory cortex,as well as the relationship between these changes in functional connectivity regions and cognitive function in patients with presbycusis.Method 57 healthy controls and 60 presby-cusis patients were included in the study,and magnetic resonance imaging instruments were used for 3DTI and rsfMRI data ac-quisition.An attention network was constructed and bilateral Heschl’s gyrus was selected as the region of interests in the auditory cortex.Finally,the cognitive function of all participants was evaluated.Result Patients with presbycusis exhibited decreased functional connectivity within the attention network and alterations in functional connectivity between the attention network and the auditory cortex.Meanwhile,altered functional connectivity within the attentional network was associated with cognitive func-tion among all participants.Conclusion The functional connectivity patterns within the attention network may be impaired in patients with presbycusis,the functional connection between attention network and auditory cortex has compensatory and decom-pensated relationship.These findings provide new insights into the cognitive compensation and resource reallocation mechanisms of presbycusis.
