摘  要:目的 基于CSRT跟踪算法,计算左房室平面位移速度曲线,分析其与超声心动图E/A比值的相关性。方法 选取行心脏磁共振检查的患者68例,基于CSRT跟踪算法计算房室平面位移,求导得到房室平面位移速度曲线,房室平面位移速度曲线与组织多普勒E/A比值做相关性分析。结果 基于心脏磁共振成像的房室平面位移速度曲线显示了与超声心动图一致的S波、E波及A波,左房室平面位移速度曲线与超声心动图E/A比值呈中度相关(r=0.67,P<0.001)。结论 左房室平面位移速度曲线显示了潜在的定量评估心脏功能的价值。Objective Based on CSRT tracking algorithm,the left atrioventricular plane displacement velocity curve was cal-culated,the correlation with echocardiographic E/A ratio was analyzed.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on 68 patients who underwent cardiac magnetic resonance examination.Based on CSRT tracking algorithm,atrioventricular plane dis-placement was calculated,and the atrioventricular plane displacement velocity curve was obtained by derivation.The correlation of E/A ratio between atrioventricular plane displacement velocity curve and Doppler flow spectrum was analyzed.Results The atrioventricular plane displacement velocity curve based on cardiac magnetic resonance imaging showed S,E and A waves consis-tent with echocardiography.The E/A ratio of left atrioventricular plane displacement velocity curve was moderately correlated with echocardiographic(r=0.67,P<0.001).Conclusion The left atrioventricular plane displacement velocity curve shows the potential value of quantitative evaluation of cardiac function.
