摘　　要：目的 基于冠状动脉CT血管成像(CCTA)定量获取钙化斑块和冠周脂肪指标,分析其与CT-FFR的相关性。方法 选取88例行CCTA检查的冠心病患者影像学资料,以CT-FFR是否<0.8为标准,将其分为缺血组(CT-FFR<0.8)和非缺血组(CT-FFR≥0.8),定量获取钙化斑块及冠周脂肪等8个指标。对两组数据进行正态性检验,对符合正态性分布的3组指标采用两独立样本t检验,对符合非正态分布的5组指标采用Wilcoxon秩和检验。最后对8个指标采用Pearson系数法进行相关性分析。结果 钙化积分、最狭窄程度、FAI、FPI和FV共5个相关指标差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且均与CT-FFR呈负相关。结论 钙化斑块、冠周脂肪可以作为CT-FFR进展的标志因子;基于CCTA图像一站式获取冠状动脉形态学和功能学特征,能够为冠心病的及早确诊和治疗提供帮助。Objective To explore the CT-FFR associated with coronary plaque and perivascular adipose based on CCTA.Methods A retrospective study included 88patients with coronary heart disease who underwent CCTA.A total of eight features,including coronary plaque and perivascular adipose,were quantitatively obtained by dividing them into ischemic group(CT-FFR<0.8)and non-ischemic group(CT-FFR≥0.8)based on whether the CT-FFR was less than 0.8.The two sets of data were tested for normality,two independent samples t-test was used for the three sets of characteristics that conformed to normal distribution,and Wilcoxon rank sum test was used for the five sets of characteristics that conformed to non-normal distribution.Finally,corre-lation analysis was performed using Pearson's coefficient for eight features.Results The differences in five correlation indexes,i.e.,calcification score,most stenotic degree,FAI,FPI,and FV,were statistically significant(P<0.05),and all of them were negatively correlated with CT-FFR.Conclusions Coronary plaque and perivascular adipose can be used as marker factors for the progression of CT-FFR.One-stop acquisition of morphological and functional characteristics of coronary arteries based on CCTA images can provide help for early diagnosis and treatment of coronary artery disease.
