摘　　要：X线摄影、CT检查是肺结核筛查、诊断及随访的主要影像学方法,对病原学阴性肺结核活动性的评估起到至关重要的作用,但仍存在不足。MRI在肺部疾病的结构及功能成像中具有巨大的应用潜力,可以提示病变成分,敏感反映病变活动性与非活动性,同时功能成像具有CT检查无法比拟的独特优势,在肺部疾病的鉴别诊断中发挥重要作用。但是肺结核MRI方面的研究少,临床没有广泛应用。本文综述目前MRI在各种类型肺结核中的应用研究,以期MRI早日应用于肺结核的临床诊疗,提高肺结核活动性判断的准确性及早期评估肺结核治疗效果。China is the third country with the highest burden of TB in the world.X-ray and CT are the main imaging methods for screening,diagnosis and follow-up of TB,which play a crucial role in the assessment of active TB with negative pathogens,but there are still some shortcomings.MRI has great application potential in the evaluation of structural and functional imaging of lung diseases,which can indicate the lesion components and sensitively reflect the activity and inactivity of the lesion.At the same time,functional imaging has unique advantages that CT examination cannot match,and plays an important role in the dif-ferential diagnosis of lung diseases.However,there are few studies on pulmonary tuberculosis MRI,and it is not widely used in clinical practice.This article reviews the current application of MRI in various types of pulmonary tuberculosis,in order to apply MRI in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis as soon as possible,and to improve the accuracy of the de-termination of pulmonary tuberculosis activity and early evaluation of the treatment effect of pulmonary tuberculosis.
