意义疗法视角下晚期癌症患者灵性需求的质性研究

摘　　要：目的以意义疗法为理论基础,深入了解晚期癌症患者的精神状态,探析患者的灵性需求,为灵性照护提供依据。方法采用目的抽样法,纳入12位晚期癌症患者为研究对象,以意义疗法为指引,进行一对一半结构式访谈,结合观察法收集资料,应用Colaizzi 7步分析法分析资料。结果共提炼出与自我的关系、与他人的关系、与疾病的关系3个核心范畴和7个支持类属。这3个范畴可以统一在1个主题之下,即和谐自我与各主体间的关系。结论晚期癌症患者的灵性需求是多方面的,医护人员应协助患者勇敢面对疾病,帮助其增强生命意义感,促进灵性安适。Objective Based on the theory of significance therapy,to gain a deeper understanding of the mental state of advanced cancer patients,explore their spiritual needs,and provide a basis for spiritual care.Method Purposive sampling was used to include 12 patients with advanced cancer as the research subjects.Guided by significance therapy,one-on-one structured interviews were conducted,and data was collected through observation.Colaizzi's 7-step analysis method was applied to analyze the data.Result Extract three core categories and seven supporting categories:the relationship with oneself,the relationship with others,and the relationship with illness.Conclusion The spiritual needs of advanced cancer patients are multifaceted,and medical staff should assist patients in bravely facing the disease,helping them enhance their sense of meaning in life,a nd promoting spiritual comfort.
