摘 要:为提升宁波水网精细化、精准化调度水平,针对宁波降水分配不均及弃水资源开发利用程度较低的问题,基于甬江流域数字孪生水资源管理与调配和智慧水利已有基础,在“两纵四横”水资源配置主骨架下,以宁波“库群互联”的城区供水网为切入点,搭建“南水北调、东西互济”的现代化水网。运用大数据分析和智能模型决策算法等技术手段,构建安全运行监视、联合调度决策、日常业务管理、应急事件处置的智能应用体系,并开展用水预算管理探索。经实际运行测试,智能应用体系可均衡各水源蓄水率,实现水源总蓄水能力的相对最大化,挖掘并利用水资源千万立方米以上,有效保障城区供水安全。研究成果可为宁波水资源可持续利用和水网智能化管理调控提供有力的技术支撑,为其他地区探索水网水资源优化调度提供可借鉴的经验。In order to improve the refinement and precision scheduling level of the water network in Ningbo,and to address the problems of uneven precipitation distribution and the low level of development and utilization of abandoned water resources in Ningbo,this study was based on the digital twin water resource management and allocation in the Yongjiang River Basin,as well as the existing foundation of smart water conservancy.Under the main framework of“two vertical and four horizontal”water resource allocation,taking the urban water supply network of Ningbo’s“reservoir group interconnection”as the starting point,a modern water network of“South to North Water Diversion and East West Mutual Aid”had been built.Technologies such as big data analysis and intelligent model decision-making algorithms were utilized to construct an intelligent application system for safe operation monitoring,joint scheduling decision,daily business management,and emergency response.Exploration of water budget management was also carried out.Through actual operational testing,intelligent application system can balance the water storage ratio of various water sources,achieve quasi-maximization of total water storage capacity,excavate 3 and utilize over 10 million m of water resources,effectively ensuring the safety of urban water supply.The research results provide strong technical support for the sustainable utilization of water resources and intelligent management and regulation of water networks in Ningbo City,and provide valuable experience for other regions to explore the optimization and scheduling of water resources in water networks.
