摘 要:为提升水利数据的可共享性、真实性、一致性和可追溯性,结合知识图谱和区块链技术,提出一种新的水利要素知识生产和共享方法,设计整合多源异构数据的知识图谱框架,利用区块链技术进行数据确权、交换和流转,实现数据信息的可信管理和安全共享。通过举例分析,阐释知识图谱结合区块链技术在数据监测、采集、传输、交换等过程中提高效率和可靠性的方法,围绕数据可信和安全共享与易溯源需求,基于Hyperledger Fabric组件设计监测数据的区块链管理系统,并初步实现区块链用户管理、文件操作管理、区块链信息浏览等功能。研究成果可为水利数据安全共享和业务管理能效提升提供技术支撑和应用参考。In order to enhance the shareability,authenticity,consistency,and traceability of water conservancy data,a new method for the knowledge production and sharing of water conservancy elements based on knowledge graphs and blockchain technology was proposed.A knowledge graph framework for integrating multi-source heterogeneous data was designed.Blockchain technology was utilized for data rights confirmation,exchange,and circulation,thereby achieving reliable management and secure sharing of data.Through example analysis,this research explained the method of the combination of knowledge graphs and blockchain technology improved efficiency and reliability in data monitoring,collection,transmission,and exchange.Focusing on the requirements for trusted and secure data sharing and easy traceability,a blockchain management system for monitoring data was designed based on the Hyperledger Fabric framework,and the initial implementation of blockchain user management,file operation management,and blockchain information browsing was achieved.The research results provide technical support and application references for enhancing the security of water conservancy data sharing and improving business management efficiency.
