摘  要:针对近年来多地洪水频发的现状,梳理北京市水文总站雨水情监测预报“三道防线”建设技术和设备的应用情况,以及“三道防线”建设推进工作内容,重点介绍测雨雷达、山洪预警哨兵、水文监测侧扫雷达、北斗巡检设备等的技术原理和特点及应用前景。这些技术和设备既起到雨水情监测预报“三道防线”建设示范引领作用,又能提升预报、预警、预演、预案能力,可为洪水灾害防御、水资源管理与调配等业务的决策管理提供基础支持。In response to the frequent fl oods in recent years,this study reviewed the application of technologies and equipment in the construction of the“three defense lines”for rainwater monitoring and forecasting of Hydrology Station,Beijing Water Authority.The progress of the“three defense lines”construction was reviewed,with a focus on introducing the technical principles,characteristics,and application prospects of rain radar,torrential fl ood warning sentinels,hydrological side-scan radar,and Beidou inspection equipment.These technologies and equipment not only serve as demonstrations and benchmarks in the construction of the“three defense lines”but also enhance forecasting,early warning,simulation,and response capabilities,which provide essential support for decision-making in fl ood disaster prevention,water resource management,and allocation.
