摘 要:针对无资料地区设计径流计算过程中存在的资料查找繁琐、参数选取不准确、计算结果易受人为因素影响、计算效率低下等问题,探讨构建快速计算系统的方法和路径。以无资料地区设计径流快速计算为目标,充分利用现代信息技术的优势,基于C#编程语言,通过程序流程制定、计算逻辑设计、结构框架搭建、功能模块划分、数据库设计等一系列建设工作,开发设计径流快速计算系统。应用结果表明:设计径流快速计算系统系统具有方便快捷、计算结果准确等特性,能够较好地满足设计径流计算的需求,为水利工程规划设计提供有力的算力技术支撑,为无资料地区水文水利快速计算能力的构建提供新思路和方法。Addressing the challenges in design runoff calculation for ungauged regions,including cumbersome data retrieval,inaccurate parameter selection,susceptibility of results to human influence,and low computational efficiency,this study explored methods and approaches for constructing a rapid calculation system.Aiming for rapid design runoffcalculations in ungauged regions,the study leveraged modern information technology.Using the C#programming language,a series of development processes,including program flow design,computational logic structuring,framework construction,functional module division,and database design,were carried out to successfully develop a rapid calculation system for design runoff.Application results indicated that the rapid calculation system for design runoffwas efficient,and provided accurate calculation results,effectively meeting the demands of design runoffcalculations.It offeres robust computational support for water conservancy project planning and design,while also providing new perspectives and methodologies for enhancing hydrological and water conservancy rapid computation capabilities in ungauged regions.
