摘 要:近年来,我国重点人群的职业健康素养水平持续提高,职业病防治工作取得明显成效,但生产性粉尘仍然是危害劳动者健康的主要职业性有害因素。焊接作业产生的电焊烟尘是生产性粉尘之一,严重损害焊接作业人员的心血管系统,因其成分复杂、粒径不一等特点为职业病防治带来诸多困难。本文对电焊烟尘所致心血管系统损伤的作用机制及相关早期标志物进行综述,以期及时发现焊工早期心血管系统损伤,为电焊烟尘致劳动者心血管系统损伤早期生物标志物的深入探索提供理论支持。In recent years,the occupational health literacy level of key populations in China has continued to improve,and the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases has achieved remarkable results,but industrial dust is still a main occupational hazard endangering the health of workers.The welding fumes generated by welding operations are one of the industrial dusts,which seriously damage the cardiovascular system of welding workers,and bring many difficulties to the preven-tion and control of occupational diseases due to their complex composition and different particle sizes.In this paper,the mechanism of cardiovascular system injury caused by welding fumes and related early markers were reviewed,in order to discover early cardiovascular system injury of welders and provide theoretical support for the in-depth exploration of early biomarkers of car-diovascular system injury caused by welding fumes.
