摘　　要：目的:女性尿道狭窄可引起女性排尿障碍,但缺乏标准化的诊疗规范,尿道扩张作为一线传统治疗方式,术后复发率高。颊黏膜作为较常见的泌尿道移植物在女性尿道重建术中的应用鲜有报道,本文旨在分享颊黏膜在女性创伤性尿道修复重建术中的初步应用经验。方法:本文总结了本中心应用颊黏膜进行尿道重建术的案例,并回顾复习了既往发表的相关文献。结果:患者术后症状缓解,尿道通畅,无并发症出现,随访至1年仍无排尿困难及尿道狭窄复发。回顾复习了2006年至今的颊黏膜尿道重建术的临床研究,总结了病例数、随访时间、手术入路、成功率及并发症的情况。结论:背侧颊黏膜尿道重建术是治疗女性尿道狭窄的有效方法,但仍需要更多具有长期随访数据的多中心和大样本研究。Objective:Female urethral strictures can cause urinary disorders,however,there is a lack of standardized diagnostic and treatment protocols.Urethral dilatation has a high recurrence rate as a traditional treatment.The use of buccal mucosa in female urethral reconstruction has rarely been reported.The objective of this article is to share the initial experience of buccal mucosa in female urethral repair and reconstruction for traumatic urethral strictures.Methods:This article summarizes the successful cases of urethral reconstruction using buccal mucosa in our center and reviews the previously published literatures on the subject.Results:The patient experienced postoperative symptomatic relief and urethral patency without complications,and remained free of dyspareunia and recurrence of urethral stricture until 1 year of follow-up.Clinical studies of buccal mucosal urethral reconstruction from 2006 to the present were reviewed retrospectively to summarize the number of cases,follow-up time,surgical access,success rate,and complications.Conclusion:Dorsal buccal mucosal urethral reconstruction is an effective treatment for female urethral strictures,but more multicenter and large-sample studies with long-term follow-up data are needed.
